Sydney Cancer Survivorship Centre

The Sydney Cancer Survivorship Centre at Concord Hospital was established in 2013 and is a place where cancer survivors who have received their treatment at Concord Hospital have access to a dedicated team of multidisciplinary professionals to support their individual needs following a cancer diagnosis.

The Sydney Cancer Survivorship Centre is dedicated to help survivors and families better manage their treatment beyond its acute diagnosis and care. Their aim is to help people make positive lifestyle changes including improving their physical activity and nutrition as well as providing psychological support across a wide range of areas: physical, cognitive, emotional, financial, social and existential.

Survivorship Centre Clinic

The Survivorship Clinic is for Concord patients who have received chemotherapy for early-stage cancer and who have no evidence of a recurrence of their cancer.

Survivorship Gym

Specially trained exercise physiologists can assist survivors with improving fitness, strength, quality of life and cancer-related fatigue or other treatment side effects.

Survivorship Cottage Courses

The Survivorship Cottage, in the grounds of Concord Hospital, runs activities for cancer survivors at any stage of their cancer journey, who have had their treatment or are seeing a Cancer Specialist at Concord Cancer Centre.
